Uspace has production bases in China with 24-hour service response. The company has a well-established industrial layout, capable of independently completing the entire supply chain, including design, research and development, sample production, manufacturing, and installation.
Uspace operates fully self-managed production processes and is equipped with internationally advanced processing equipment, ensuring superior craftsmanship and ISO 9001 quality management system certification. The factory has introduced cutting-edge wood processing centers, fully automated edge banding machines, intelligent five-face drills, spray coating production lines, and a flexible production layout to fully meet personalized customization needs. High-efficiency cutting equipment also caters to the demands of large-scale projects.
Uspace uses internationally recognized hardware suppliers such as Blum from Austria and Häfele from Germany, ensuring imported quality. The hardware features built-in buffers, 100,000-cycle opening and closing tests without failure, a load-bearing capacity of 35kg, smooth sliding, and silent operation.
The materials used are environmentally friendly, formaldehyde-free boards from the German manufacturer Kronospan. These boards are made from 100% natural wood sourced from Europe and contain no impurities, offering a healthier and more eco-friendly solution.
